Our Story
Empowering Lives. Building Futures.
Pathways2Purpose Consulting was founded to fill a gap — the space between an individual's desire to work again and their readiness to succeed. We exist to bridge that gap with skill, proper tools, and intention.
Meet the Founder

For more than 25 years, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals rediscover their strengths, build confidence, and step into their next chapter with purpose. My journey began in special education, where I spent over 20 years working alongside students who needed more than a standard approach — they needed someone who truly saw them.
Over time, that work evolved into program leadership. I became a Program Manager and created a Career Readiness Curriculum designed to bridge the gap between the classroom and the workforce — giving individuals the practical tools, confidence, and direction they needed to move forward.
Most recently, I served as an Employment Specialist, working directly with individuals navigating mental health and substance‑use challenges to help them find and sustain meaningful employment. That experience deepened my understanding of the real barriers people face — and reinforced my belief that with the right support, anyone can succeed.
I lead with integrity, empathy, and patience, meeting each individual exactly where they are. I understand the emotional, cognitive, and practical barriers that can make reintegration feel overwhelming — and I know how to break those barriers down with compassion and structure.
Today, through Pathways2Purpose Consulting, I bring all of that experience together in a boutique‑style Career Readiness & Job Skills Program for organizations seeking deeper, more personalized support for the individuals they serve. My approach is hands‑on, experiential, and rooted in real‑world practice — not lectures or checklists.
I believe every person deserves the chance to rebuild with dignity, confidence, and a clear path forward. My mission is to help make that possible.

Why Choose Us
Unlike large-scale workforce programs, we work in intentionally small groups — so every participant receives genuine individual attention, personalized feedback, and the space to grow at their own pace. No one gets lost in the crowd.
We don't lecture. We practice. Through role-playing, mock interviews, real-world scenarios, and active skill-building exercises, participants learn by doing — which is how lasting change actually happens.
Skills matter, but confidence is what gets people hired — and keeps them employed. Every element of our program is designed to rebuild self-belief alongside practical ability, so participants show up ready in every sense of the word.
Mission
"To equip individuals with the skills, confidence, and strategy they need to secure and sustain meaningful employment — and to support the organizations that walk alongside them every step of the way."
What We Stand For
We do what we say, and we say what we mean. Every interaction — with partner organizations and with participants — is grounded in honesty and accountability.
We understand that the path back to work is rarely straightforward. We meet every individual with patience, without judgment, and with genuine investment in their success.
Boutique means intentional. We bring the same level of care and craft to every engagement — no shortcuts, no templates, no one-size-fits-all solutions.
We work alongside organizations, not above them. Our role is to extend and deepen the support you already provide — as a trusted, aligned partner.
Who We Serve
We partner with nonprofits, reentry programs, workforce development agencies, private schools, community organizations, and social service providers — any organization whose mission includes supporting individuals on the path back to employment and help prepare for the future.
If your clients are ready to work but need structured support to get there and stay there, Pathways2Purpose is designed for you.
